The overall idea has been lost- originally it was to be different, but now that different is the same. I see this at school all the time. I listen to some heavier music, but I dress "normally" as in not in some sort of sub culture, jeans and jumper etc.

No kidding, I went to the mall the other days, and ALL the kids where clothed like that. Do they think they look cool, all wearing the same clothing?
They probably don't even realise it. I wonder what happened, when I was young, we didn't all dress in the same way and follow new trends.[/QUOTE]you all are so quick to judge people.. so what if someone likes baggy pants and a hoodie? does that mean they are no one but a mindless fashion drone with nothing to say? all of you posting here.. you condemm people by what they wear and say they all look the same so they cant rebel. ive only got one thing to say to all you..
... i hope i never grow up to be like you.
im only 15 f*cken years old, yet i can understand that just because people look a certain way like some other poser people doensnt mean they have no cause, nothing to rebel against.. nothing to fight.....
most of you are over twice my age.. so why cant you get it? you have to look past the clothes, the skin, the make up, the fashion. what is this so hard?
oppresion from people like you is the reason we fight....
