It is a ganz normales chaim mail except for these characteristics:
It is usable by thieves.
It does not prevent spellcasting, which makes it an obvious favourite of many fighter/mages, thief/mages and bards.
It is very vivid green.
A note to thieves: While they can wear this armour it will still give penalties to their thieving skills, so unless they are spellcasters they are probably better off with a suit of enchanted leather.
