Hi Horatio. You need some software to handle this conversion. Mov files sucks to work with though. Try using TMPG encoder, I think the URL is
www.tmpgenc.net (I donīt know if there is a free version but I think there is). Use video button to open your source vide file (audio automatically included). Then you simply enter a name for the output file (MPEG) and click start.
