Well right this second in the Shenandoah valley in the north western section of Virginia it is -9 degrees whith the wind chill factor making it -30 degrees.
you can spit and it freezes befor it hits the ground. I let my dog out to take a leak and this cloud of steam formed under her and floated across the yard.
I'm from southern California and I never even had a freezer that got this cold.
