I am surprised that nobody mentions pickpocketing Gaelan Bayle.

He does not have amazing items, but it helps greatly for a fresh party. Do not forget to pickpocket( and steal from) the merchant upstairs too. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Several people in the Council of the Six buidling in the Government District have Potions of Extra Healing.
