While I'm still searching for an article to cut/paste/link to back me up, the radio news this morning said SONY has started the ground work to sue an individual for file sharing. They claim he/she shared 600 files in 2 months. They are trying to force Verizon Online to give up the user's identity, but Verizon is fighting them claiming its a privacy issue.

Personally, I see file sharing as nobody's business but the two parties involved. All through the 80s, albums & singles were recorded onto Maxell and TDK cassettes and no one said boo. As for stores closing down, if they over expanded why should we feel guilty over their mismanagement woes? If they have to sell them in Walmarts and 7-11s, well so be it....
