Good evening all... I have had an exhausting week... apparently snowboarding needs a lot of fitness, so I am playing basketball before school every morning from 6.30 to 7.45, I am playing some basketball after school, and a few hours at the weekend... I am also doing circuit training twice a week... and rugby and football after school...
All this after spending last term (semester for all you ignorant yanks

) sitting at home playing computer all day... I am so stiff that it hurst to sit up straight, or to slouch, and i can move my arms approximately 10' in each direction... by the ski trip, I will be either fit or dead... and it can only get better which ever road it takes...
