Have you been to the East side lately?
Guys selling drugs on every corner, wino's passed out in the gutter and sleaping on park benches. Not a day goes by without some sort of drive-by knifing in the streets or trail rage of some sort.
Property value has decreased drasticaly, big corporations have stopped investing, it's a real mess over there.
