My concern is not only why this individual had these pictures on floppies. I am concerned that he had them at all. The fact that he had them makes him a loathsome individual. Along the same line however; someone took those pictures, someone put those pictures on their computer, someone put those pictures on the Internet, and someone allowed them to do it. So while you wonder why the ‘passer by’ was not charged, I also wonder why the other serious offenders are not prosecuted.

To comment about “do you loose your property when you throw it away”, those pictures, if you can consider them property, belong to that little girl and no on else.

I am sorry that you feel that this woman was a “busy body”. I can tell you that if it was my daughter in those photos and the woman did nothing about it, I would hold her as responsible as everyone else.
