I had exactly the same problem and, trust me, gameplay only sell the dual pack. As I also live in the UK it was really frustrating, but a shop told me that they were taken off the market last summer. So I got the dual pack from Gameplay for £10 cheaper than the shops (that's £21 including post and package), and now I have a spare copy of SoA. But I got a better manual and a map. That's the only solution, trust me.

PS:Oh, and for some reason, Interplay.com and Amazon.com don't ship abroad anymore. Anyone know why?
