Well, alignment wise, most evil characters would not side with Bhodi either.

Lawful Evil folks would rather work with a well established, well networked, well entrenched agency, like the Shadow Thieves for instance. Their sense of order would never allow them to fall prey to Bhodi's offers of creating chaos. So, no dice for them either.

Nuetral Evil folks would also turn Bhodi down 99% of the time. It's all about profit. Let's face it, a rival young upstart guild does not have much in the way of riches. The Shadow Thieves are a sure bet. A safe bet. However, and I know it does not happen in SoA, but, should the balance of power shift, a NE character would be the first to jump ship to gain profit. For them, it's all about the gold pieces and getting ahead. Bhodi's small pathetic excuse for an upstart guild really has nothing at all to offer them. So they would indeed, tell the vampire queen to bugger off.

Chaotic Evil folks would side with Bhodi about 50% of the time. It's what ever they felt like doing when ever they felt like doing it. However, this does not mean they would side with the Shadow Thieves either. A real CE character would probably side with niether, but, rather, play both sides against the other just to watch the power play. But you really don't have this option in game. It is impossible to predict what this sort of person would do, as even he himself does not know his own motives, as he probably has none. Heck, he might be temped to create his own guild just to be petty, but, then he might end up selling candy to children just because it is profitable and quite confusing to his enemies as to why did he just do that.
