Have you been downstairs yet? If so, he should be in the room with all the spikes.
However, if you've gotten a message saying that he's killed, then perhaps he's already in his coffin. In the room with the three coffins, try to stake the one on the south wall.

If you've done this, and Bodhi still hasn't appeared, then you should try to use the CLUAConsole to get Lassal in. His code is LASSAL or LASSAL02.
