I am however pretty strong,.. I dont know the english word for it, but basically almost no fat and mostly muscle ( 1.87 m, weighing 75 kilo )

Practice jiu-jiutsu with a very talented black belt-friend, which has definetly helped to tweak my reflexes.
Dunno the average, but i guess I'll go with 12 - 13 here.
I can take a lot of physical punishment though, I used to fight every day .. makes your nerves go dull and bones to thicken.
I run real fast and i run a lot, I like running .. plus i bycicle atleast 20 km. a day. Compared to my own age group ( around 18 ) I run fast and have a great condition. And i hate quitting, so I'll run till i start to cough up blood. But I do get sick pretty fast, ah well, never said my body makes sense.
