How to dertermine if you have 18 strength.
Do as I did. Work on a farm growing up. If you can carry four 100 pound sacks of livestock feed, 2 on each shoulder, then run about 50 or so feet with them, then run up a ladder to store it in the loft, you are are doing pretty good. That's 400 pounds of encumberance. Now do this sun up to sun down, all day, every day. Buck green hay bales that weigh 150 to 200 pounds or more, tossing, loading, unloading, and, tossing it about teen feet or so to the next person in the chain of folks trying to get it stored.
Why did I set my dex to 16 for the young me? Well, at the time, I could juggle knives and flaming torches, but, I was no tightrope walker or a master of acrobatics. I could get about 7 flaming torches and knives into the air before it got dangerous.
And why the con? Well, the one thing I seem to be gifted with is to take the worst possible beatings that one could imagine. To give you some idea of what I am talking about, I have wiped out on a motorcycle doing over 100mph in the Napa Valley in Cali. I took a curve a little to hard and I think I hit a wet leaf or a stray piece of gravel. I flew helmet first into a tree after skidding like a skipping stone over the pavement. I broke a lot of bones that day. I have also been hit by things like; 18 wheeler trucks, got mauled by a bear while hunting up in Washington state, got gored by an elk, same state, different trip. I was in a jeep that flipped, then rolled over. The safety harness broke, sending me flying out. The jeep then rolled over me, the rollbars crushing my chest, bruising my heart, collapsing a lung, breaking all my ribs, fracturing 7 of the bones in my spine, rupturing my spleen, my liver, and my pancreas. Also had several skull fractures, due to my body snagging onto the jeep as it flipped, the force of it rolling over catapulted me into a large rock skull first, this time, no helmet. My reported last words from friends also involved in the accident, "Damn, this is gonna hurt like hell in the morning" just before blacking out. Also survived. Many car wrecks, to many motorcycle wrecks to count, several explosions, and, one plane crash. I was not on the plane, don't ask, it's not something I remember very well. Also survived, heavy metal poisoning, all it did was screw up my liver a good bit, I lost my vision for a while, and, it gave me a lot of gas for some reason. Between all those things, I think I can safely say my constitution is probably considered super human, to say the very least. During my cancer surgery, they lowered my body temp considerably, to reduce blood loss and system shock. I died for a bit as the surgery was wrapping up, got revived, bounced back as usual.
The other stuff is probably subjective anyways, due to how one views themselves. The physical stuff can be proven, to a certian degree I believe.
