A real live fake one

3. What kinds of decorations do you use on the tree? (garland color, icicles yay or nay, ball colors, ornaments, angel or no angle at the top, etc.)
What ever we have around, but I do put an angle on top

4. Have pets who want to eat the tree?
Does a dog that wants to "Mark" the tree count?

5. What do you do with the Christmas cards you receive?
chunk them after I snatch the cash

Candy from my stocking and warm beer

A wife, two daughters, one son-in-law, four dogs, and three cats what do you think?

8. Does anyone ask you for a Christmas list or do you just get what you get?
I'm a Dad I get what I get, socks, pocket knife, new drawers, and if I've been good see #1
