Yes it's an international crime infact! Saying "Hi" in the small nation of Belgistan is punnishable by having your hands chopped off... Only because "Hi" in Belgistinian also means "Good Morning" and since saying it in the afternoon or saying that any morning in Belgistan is good would be a lie, it is considered a lie and therefore punnishable...
