Hi, Azred. Yeah, we did Thanksgiving on our own for the first time, and everything turned out well except for the giblet gravy. Guess we'll try a different recipe. Christmas dinner we are going to have Prime Rib with a tru=ied and true red wine sauce, so no probs there.
