what i like about this thread is noone is mentioning crappy r&b groups as calling them bands is an insult to the talent of groups like the beatles who really were a band, personally i like pretty much all of whats mentioned above, my favourites are probably the beatles, beach boys, prodigy, nirvana.
when people mention bands at least people reply with talented ones [img]smile.gif[/img] and i too like eminem alot despite the fact he does rap and the whole r&b hiphop culture stuff he unlike 95 percent of them is highly original and produces music worth listening to with clever lyrics, instead of the same song rehashed and resampled 100 times, dont get me wrong ill listen to that music in the background but the fact that it sells so much depresses me and i find it to be talentless rehashing. Go eminem for breaking a trend and doing your own thing.

red hot chillies have some very very good songs - aeroplane, under the bridge, give it away
and theres no such thing as a boy band these days, a boy band is the beatles, thats a real boy band not a bunch of annoyances like westlife or backstreet buttboys, pls pls pls pls never darken my ears with your foul voices again! [img]tongue.gif[/img]
