The answer to your first question is pretty damn simple. Taxpayers(in any country) should NOT be forced to pay for this sick psycho's habits. IMNSHO prisoners should be given small, uncomfortable cells, enough food and drink to keep them alive, and enough exercise and health care to keep them minimally healthy...END OF LIST! But then, I'm one of 'bad men' that feels that prisoners should actually bu PUNISHED.

Prisoners can have jobs IIRC here, and they can earn money with them, (they get paid very little for things like assembely, I've got a pair of speakers made in a prison workshop)
If he wants to buy pr0n with his money, Why shouldn't he?
Also does the article acutally say anthing about Taxpayers money being used to fund his pr0n buying?
