Saz, I couldn't agree more. If tradition is being followed, theMacy's Parade will be blaring on the TV as the dinner is being prepared, and, BTW, Galadria has decided to do the oyster /dirty rice dressing, but her mom is bringing cornbread dressing.

I'm making dirty rice with andouille sausage instead of oysters. Our bill of fare is turkey with the dirty rice dressing, yams, rolls, green bean casserole, and dutch apple crumb pie. I'm doing everything except the green bean casserole which is my wife's specialty. [img]smile.gif[/img]
