This is exactly what I get when I click on "You have 5 e-mail messages" located in the MSN main box:

Also know the ONLY thing clickable there is the billing button! I've had a free hotmail account before in the past but deleted it because of too much junkmail, now signed up again to get on MSN, but...wha?! where is..??! wha??! Again, utter crockery!
