Kaltia's correct antryg.
You have to Add Contacts first before you can find out Who's Online. Click on the "Add a Contact" button and THEN type in the MSN ID. This will cause a "Pop-Up box" to appear on that person's screen with a message that says something like....
"antryg has just added you to his list of contacts. Allow antryg to see when you are Online? Yes __ No ___"
That's just a rough paraphrasing of the actual message, but you will see the same box on your screen when others add you to thier Contact List.
