I could write quite a bit about the road they lead me to being an atheist.
The actions of people like those in the article is only part of the reason. When I was in 20's I did a lot of searching into various faiths. So it is not something I came to lightly. There are still times I actually wish I had some sort of relgious faith to seek comfort, like when my Mother and Nona passed away within the last 3 years, or when close friends are going through trying times. But it is not something that I can believe in and still feel comfortable with myself and my choices. I have a very strong personal code I go by and I'll not violate that.

We all have our reasons for traveling the road we do, So who can really fault you for your decisions? We should all be allowed to make our own.
But please believe that I would never falme you on purpose
