The improved mindflayers are out of control.
I am soloing an necromancer. I am high level twenties, and the mind flayers in the room near the brain are unbelievably tough. A few tendrils, and I'm toast, even with the greenstone amulet.
This is the toughest fight yet, IMHO. Been breezing through so far.
Though I have not faced improved Iliych (installed tactics mod post-Irenicus dungeon).
