@ Lady Z, I really apreciate all of the women's take on this, It is hard to know what the right thing to do is, when peoples feelings are involved.

As a follow up, she popped on to AIM late in the after noon, said hello and we chatted about work for about a minute. Was, a nice thing for her to do.
