Look, if you're sucking... then panting is out of the window. Accepted you could be sucking and waiving, you could even be panting and waiving but you can't be sucking, panting and waiving....no,no,no...not unless you're in your underwear with a hangover.

It is possible however to suck, paint and waive whether drunk or hungover.
