Ultima 7 is notoriously hard to get to run, especially on newer systems. Your machine is waaay too fast torun the game properly. I had to create a special DOS boot floppy to run the game on an old Pentium 120 and it was way to fast, even the slow down utility was of limited effect.
AND they will never rerelease that great game in an updated version because....STUPID Origin "LOST" the source code to a disk failure....they didn't hasve backups
