head to
www.ranchoweb.com
Register, and upload your picture. You should eb able to figure that part out, you can save any pic off the web by right clicking on it and clicking save as. Make sure its not copywrighted though.
Then ranchoweb will give you a URL. Cut and paste that into your sig. Enclose it in [IMG][/IMG] tags.
