I need as much legal information as I can get about Catholic Schools in Australia, esp. New South Wales.
I especially need information about one question:
Can a Catholic School suspend a student on the days of an external exam (such as the School Certificate exams). ?? And if so, what notice needs to be given ??

Also, any other general legal information about Catholic Schools in Australia would be very helpful.
