LofA, maybe too many big American cities get the Olympics, but what about us little guys?
I'm thinking Rockingham (population @10,000) in 2004. We could build up the NC Speedway a little, but not too much(we wouldn't want to mess up the NASCAR season races). We would only be able to hold events that involve, or could be modified to involve, an asphalt oval track.
I think we could get away with the changes without too much difficulty. If anyone starts asking too many questions about the changes, we can always focus attention on the new awe inspiring complex we'll be featuring...
