Ummm.... first quit using the royal plural unless you've got a straight jacket to go with it.
Second, he who hesitates is lost. Just do it, already. At least you'll know one way or another.
You know, though, it doesn't have to be overt. I've found that women would much rather fall into your arms for a bit *before* defining your relationship with each other. When they think something serious is beginning, you'll know. I guess I'm saying that the right actions are much better than the right words, and that a proper combination of both is essential.
