That's what is so bad.
I don't damn the effort itself because people were lost in an attempt to save lives. I blame the Russian government for knowing what they were using and not preparing local facilities and then losing people after the effort.
The Russian government, to my knowledge, still has not admitted to what was used, although they had said yesterday, or was it Sunday, that the hospital had been given the information it needed to treat the victims. A bit too late for too many.
