you may not want to say anything about her looks when telling her why you like her. some girls like to hear that, others are tired of their physical features being the only reason guyys like them. instead compliment something she said in class, if you have a class with her, or make a simple comment about her hair, maybe she wore it differently, don;t say it looks better, just say that you notcied it's different, this let's her know you pay attention. good luck!
