Ways to kill Kangaxx:

1) PROTECTION FROM UNDEAD SCROLL
Easily and cheaply obtained from nearly anywhere, including the Adventurer's Mart, this is effectivly a 'Protection from Kangaxx' scroll. Once used, Kangaxx is unable to target you. He cannot cast any spells on you, and you are completely immune to him. A must have for this battle. The important thing to remember is, do not use this scroll on the whole party when Kangaxx is in his Lich form. Wait until Kangaxx gives a speech on how you have released his true form, then use the scroll. You can easily obtain six, one for every member of your party. However, you'll only need one Xen!

2) PROTECTION FROM MAGIC
Whilst more expensive, harder to obtain, and less effective, this works fine. It grants complete immunity to magic. Thus Kangaxx cannot Imprison you, and all of his spells will not work on you. I prefer 'Protection from Undead', as it is more effective, cheaper, and easier to find. You can actually cast this scroll on Kangaxx the Lich, thus nullifing his spellcasting. It has been reported that it does not work on the Demi-Lich version.
