I can't leave my friends ISP, because he charges MUCH less, and a large ISP would cost $200+.
I am telling you, it is NOT our server that is the problem. It IS your ISP, regardless of what they say. They just don't want to deal with it. TRUST me, 99.9% of people can get in here.
