Just bought and tried
Unreal Tournament 2003. Have to say I'm quite impressed with it -- though my Voodoo 3 display card apparently doesn't enable me to get the most out of it. (Will have to change to a better display card sometime so I can play
Morrowind, too -- sigh...

)
Many of the maps/levels are really well-done. The ancient Egyptian maps/levels (correction, make it
futuristic Egyptian

) are real impressive. There's also this 'Inferno' map/level that's as scary and dramatic as anything from
Quake. And one map/level features this world with giant trees that's just too reminiscent of the Trynnie's Forest in
Wizardry 8. The weapon effects are real beautiful as well -- the flak cannon's fireworks in particular are real pretty, how all the glowing shrapnel particles ricochet this way and that. My only regret is that there aren't any magic-based weapons.
Excellent game. Recommended. Anyone else got any thoughts to share on this game?
