Owning exotic pets (lions, tasmanian devils, bears, etc) should be made illegal everywhere, at least for individual people who do not have the resources to care for such animals properly. I know I could never properly care for a tiger.... In a related story, there were 4 lions that had to be shot near Little Rock because they had broken loose and were running wild. *sigh*
