I live in Southern California and several years ago, I was flipping throw the TV channels trying to see what was on and what did I find on the public access channel. Two guys showing the video they took of women's undies or lack of from their trip to the mall. Apparently they hid the video recorder in a package and rode the esclators all day. I could hardly believe my eyes. I was so outraged that I turned the channel. It is amazing what some people will do in their spare time.
