And I must have squealed like a little girl inside when I saw the Fairy Penguins.
I love the Australian wildlife, and am fascinated with the Funnelweb Spider, Blue-Ringed Octopus and the Box Jellyfish. I have heard of the rest, but I am not familiar with them.
My only regrets was not being able to see a wild Tasmanian Devil or the Plataypus( saw them in the zoo though).

Koala Bears ?? What are Koala Bears ??
Koalas are marsupials
Infact, most of our wildlife is marsupial.
Lessee...
Kanagroos, Wombats, Koalas, Echidnas, Platypi, I *think* Tasmanian Devils, and alot more I can`t remember
Bit of Aussie trivia, though: the national emblem has a Kangaroo and an Emu, not only are they native, but they can`t walk backwards.
