I have the same problem most of the time. Today I am online at work, but yesterday I was not able to access. It is not from Ziroc's side, it will be from your office.
When my workplace does "anything" to the server, firewall, or other major equipment...I lose access only to IW until something along the pathway (here to Florida) is refreshed. I can ping the site, but never get the URL. Even the trick of putting the IP address into the host file does not help. Nor does it help to clear out old history, temp. folders, and cookies. It is just something that I have learned that I have to wait for.
I used to e-mail Ziroc alot about it, but he could never see anything from his side that would cause the problem. Then, two days later, I would (and will) always be able to get on.
Of course...I am guessing that your problem is the same as mine, but I cannot prove it...so ...I hope that I at least give you another option to think about.
