There's a Prt Scr button on your keyboard somewhere, most likely to the right of the Function(F#)-buttons... Just press it to make a screenshot of the entire scene in-game. I believe the entire picture will be copied to either the main BG2 folder or one of the (newly created?) sub-folders... Or else you could, after making the screenshot, start your picture editors and then perform a paste action, I think that should work as well.
