Here's the story.

Funny that he was on al-Jazeera TV Thursday saying, "catch me if you can" and Friday they got him.

Here's an excerpt:

The Arabic-language al-Jazeera news agency reported this week that in an interview conducted in June, Binalshibh claimed responsibility for the Sept. 11 attacks and that Mohammed identified him as the “coordinator” of al-Qaida’s “Holy Tuesday operation.” Sept. 11, 2001, was a Tuesday.
While living in Hamburg, Germany, Binalshibh was a roommate of Mohammed Atta, the presumed leader of the 19 hijackers, and the FBI has said it believes Binalshibh would have been the 20th hijacker had his request for a U.S. visa not been rejected five times in 2000 and 2001.

NUCLEAR TARGET?
In the al-Jazeera interview, Mohammed and Binalshibh claimed that al-Qaida had considered striking U.S. nuclear facilities on Sept. 11 and would not rule out nuclear attacks in the future.
