Just clean it up for now, and make sure you get the smell completely gone.
Try to catch her in the act if she does it again; and move her into her toilet tray when she starts scratching.

Also, is she desexed yet ?? If not, she may be on heat; in which case she would start spraying everywhere.
Is she doing everything else normally ?? Because if she IS desexed, she might THINK she`s pregnant or on heat. That happens especially when they`re 2-3.
