It's not even that though, it's the fact that this chick thought she deserved compensation! I'm sure as many frivolous lawsuits filed fail as succeed, but they all start from someone deciding someone should give them money for something like this. I just don't understand that mentality at all. I trip over all the time, but I've never thought, gee, who can I blame for that? Boggles the mind
