I don't wear a lot of makeup at the best of times. And I don't feel the need to wear anything if I'm just going down to the shop or something. However I do wear foundation if I'm going anywhere (apart from the corner shop
) because my skin being very pale has a tendency to go red and ick, and like Galadria says, that doesn't make me feel my best. At least in my world of university it's not really imperative to wear makeup and if you don't you're not shunned or anything. People don't seem to go round with lots of eyeshadow on or anything. I do wear mascara if I'm feeling particularly vampish though
