As many of you know, my good friend Evil Al and I are often subject to walking around the village in whcih we live, late at night. What I don't think I've mentioned before is the amazing amount of slugs that we come across. Not just slugs, but snails as well.

It occured to me just now; what exactly do they do? They seem to be infesting the pavements at night, seeming not going anywhere, but they're always gone by morning. Where do they do? What do they do? Are they nocturnal? I'm becoming more curious...please help...
