Is it possible to have the soul of the deceased placed inside the diamond as well?

And mind you, if you have a gem like this (with the soul in it) fixed to the hilt of a sword, it will become a +2 to hit/damage sword. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

It is interesting to note that, in the Buddhist tradition (cool down please, I'm not proselytising), people who have attained to great heights of virtue and wisdom are sometimes said to leave behind little gems among their ashes after cremation. These gems are supposed to be indestructible and are called sarira, and they are treasured as holy relics. I haven't seen any sarira firsthand, but this is what I've read and heard. Wonder if the whole idea of a LifeGem could have been inspired by this.
