Sounds like my Uni. I had a class that started at 6pm and ended at 9pm. then they changed it to start at 5:30 and end at 8:30, then they changed it to start at 5 and end at 8, all wothout telling anyone! Then they changed the day - that really pissed me off because half of us turned up and found out the class was yesterday!
It just goes to show that teachers and organizers are Incompetent.
