They're in "Ghoul Town", in the Pit of the Damned in the Unseeing Eye area. You have to go down into the pit (where you tell Tad, the rebel guard, "The Eye is Blind" and he'll let you enter the pit). Once you enter Ghoul Town, look in the far back left corner in a pile of bones. The gauntlets of dex are hidden in there. [img]smile.gif[/img]
