Okay for those of you who think there might not be enough information, here's how you might want to look at it. Please keep in mind that this is just my personal opinion on what I think might have happened and could be totally wrong. I'm bored at the moment though so here goes:

Firstly, you have to take in consideration that this is a test for a psychopath so you have to think in between certain guidelines otherwise you are just going with what is normal. Don't get me wrong, even psychopaths do things that seem normal, but if we were to come up with every possibility as to why she killed her sister then this would not be a question asked to psychopaths or normal people for that matter as for this to be answered, someone would have to think in between a certain wavelength and only come up with one right answer rather than 20 would be ones.

Now, The girl went to her mothers funeral. There, she met someone she fell in love with. We are not informed whether the girl actually got together with the guy so here is where we must start making assumptions.

1. The girl did not see the man again after her mothers funeral and thus had to find means to do so.

2. The girl did see the man after the funeral and maybe was insecure about how things might end up had he met her sister.

With these two points alone we now have to wonder whether the girl was normal or a psychopath herself.

Lets say she was normal. I would say that 99% of people who loved someone and found that their sibling was also in love, or actually loving that person, would have a huge fight but killing each other is a bit extreme. Sure, it does happen but if we are to say that 5.2% would actually kill their sibling, we are still not 100% sure if this is the correct answer and it leaves the question open with a lot more supposed answers.

Now lets say she is a psychopath. This is also not necessarily the case but usually when a psychopath sets something in their mind, they cannot let it go no matter what the odds are. They are obsessed with reaching their goal and family does not matter. If it did they wouldn't be psychopaths.
Also a normal person would speak to the man and try to make themselves noticable to him. A psychopath on the other hand must find other means to see the man if they cannot face the courage to do this. So, as the psychopath met the man at a funeral of a close relative (being the mother), chances are that maybe if there was another funeral of a close relative (being the sister), they would be able to see him once more.

So, although I could be totally wrong about this and all the above is of my own personal opinion only, I would have to say that the girl was a psychopath. She met a man at a funeral, fell in love with him and had to kill someone that man knew if she were to have a chance of seeing him again.
